With your help we can save even more historic buildings!

The inaugural annual tour of homes took place in October of 1975 (50 years ago). The first $5,000 of profit from that event was used to create and finance our revolving fund program, which is how we have been able to save so many historic buildings. By investing in these properties, we're also saving neighborhoods. We've had a sizeable track record in the past but it's important to know that we're not slowing down. Just in the last two years we've spent over $560,000 stabilizing and putting protective covenants on homes in distress. Much of that money comes back once we sell the property to a new owner. At times, it's at a loss, but worth the time, money, and effort! This is what we do! We rely heavily on our largest fundraiser, OctoberTour, to make sure we are able to continue our mission to preserve and protect.

To celebrate our BIG YEAR in preservation we are asking for your help to meet our goal to raise $50,000 that will go straight into the revolving fund.
